1. Investigation & Response
We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days in writing. The Director, Max Manners, will investigate each complaint and he will respond to you by email or snail mail dependant on the contact details that you have sent us. We aim to achieve Customer satisfaction re any complaint within a maximum 14 days of the complaint being received. We will ensure that you are fully aware of any developments during this time.

2. Incorrect Order
We are unable to exchange any goods that you have incorrectly ordered as each item that we sell has been designed by you to meet your own specific requirements, i.e. a unique image on a phone cover. Please check all items are as required before you complete your order.
Please check all items are as required upon receipt.

3. Incorrect Delivery or Damaged Goods
If we have sent you the wrong or damaged goods, we will give you a full credit for goods & delivery, or replacement goods, dependant upon your request, when we receive them. You will receive the credit within 7 working days.

4. Return Goods
In the unlikely event that you should need to return any items, please address it, A.R.T.S. Ltd., 153 Marine Drive, Rottingdean, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 8AA, U.K.
Please send the item by Recorded Post and enclose a copy of your Invoice and state the reason for return.

To ensure your security and convenience all Credit/Debit Card transactions are completed on a secure web server that is managed by WorldPay our Merchant Services provider. This ensures that only you, the Merchant Services provider and your Credit/Debit Card Company are aware of your Credit/Debit Card details.
